Hi and welcome to my store, my name is Claire! At my store you will find a selection of craft items and handmade cards.

All my cards are blank inside for your own special message, come with envelope and are cellophane wrapped. All craft items are new.

I previously used to sell my items on ebay and have gained and maintained a 100% feedback rating on nearly 300 items. I hope to achieve an equally successful reputation on Artymiss Barter!

My commitment to you means that I aim to get all items dispatched within a few days of receiving your winning bid and payment. I understand that there will be times when you need something dispatched urgently!

I offer a combined postage discount for multiple purchases. This is determined by the final weight of the package. Discount will be applied before invoicing. I will ship to countries outside the UK but it is always advisable to check the cost of postage to your chosen destination before bidding.

If there is any way you think I can improve, please let me know. I am confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, however, if you are unhappy please contact me and I will attempt to resolve the issue and ensure that it doesn't happen again in the future.

If you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and I will be happy to offer a refund upon receipt.
