Do you have a mail order catalogue? Do you have a retail shop I can visit? Do you have a trade price list or offer bulk discounts? Do you have a minimum order charge? I want to order but don't want to do it online, how do I do it? Can I order an out of stock item? Do you deliver to BFPO addresses? Can I add something to my order? I've just ordered, can you despatch my order urgently? You have sent me an email to say that my order has been despatched but it hasn't arrived - what happens now? I haven't received my order yet but my credit card has already been charged - why? Can you send a VAT invoice with my order? I have items missing from my order, can you send them?
Do you have a mail order catalogue? No we don't. We are constantly adding new products so any printed catalogue would be quickly out of date. Our full range of products is shown on this website. Please use our excellent search facility to see if you can find what you're looking for.
Do you have a retail shop I can visit? No, we supply our goods by mail order only.
Do you have a trade price list or offer bulk discounts? We do not offer any further discounts than those offered on the website.
Do you have a minimum order charge? Our minimum order is just £10.
I want to order but don't want to do it online, how do I do it? At the present time we only take orders online. This is because we take security seriously and do not want to be responsible for having access to your credit card details. Online payments are handled by Protx, a level 1 (highest level) compliant payment processor under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. All payment information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted, so you can be completely secure in the knowledge that the information you enter cannot be seen, copied, altered or used by any third party. You can pay with confidence! The payment page will display the 'padlock' symbol to verify that it is a safe site. Your payment is instantly charged to your account. Our system automatically creates your invoice for us, leaving no room for error. All we do is pick, pack and send your order (it makes it sound so easy!). We're sorry to the small minority of potential customers who cannot or do not wish to place orders online but keeping the system secure it our biggest priority.
Can I order an out of stock item? Sorry, this isn't possible. Our website is updated with the latest stock situation and we try not to be out of stock of things!
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses? Yes, we are happy to send to BFPO addresses.
No. We only deliver PHYSICAL products to the UK, including Northern Ireland. Downloads do not require shipping, so can be ordered by anyone, anywhere.
Can I add something to my order? Unfortunately not. We do not hold any of your card details, so we do not have this information to increase the payment amount.
I've just ordered, can you despatch my order urgently? We pack and despatch orders in the order that they are received - sorry, no exceptions. If we let you jump the queue, we would be delaying the despatch of orders to other customers who have ordered before you.
We make every effort to ensure your order is dispatched within 3-5 working days. Sometimes we can process orders much sooner. Sometimes we run promotions which cause an extremely high traffic level to the website. On these occasions, we normally put a note in the product description to allow for extra time for these order to be delivered. You will receive a dispatch email from us, to let you know the date & method of dispatch once your order has been picked & packed.
In the dispatch email we sent you, there will be information regarding the method of dispatch. For orders sent by Courier, tracking information is provided so that you can check the progress of your parcel.
I haven't received my order yet but my credit card has already been charged - why? When you place an order the payment transaction is processed through Protx. The payment is taken immediately and authorised. This means that none of your card details are stored for optimum security. This is the normal method for online orders.
Can you send an invoice with my order? A VAT invoice is sent with every order which provides all the necessary information required for VAT. purposes.
I have items missing from my order, can you send them? Please check your invoice to see if the item has been marked as 'to follow'. If this is the case, these items will come later. If we have not been able to supply an item, it may be marked as 'Out of stock - refunded to card'. Please check through your package carefully before contacting us. Your item may be in slightly different packaging than you expected, or may be tucked inside one of the storage boxes. |
